Too Beautiful

TOO BEAUTIFUL is a solo combining several female artists and figures of feminity. Marzena Krzeminska filters these different depictions of women through a character that she created for this piece: Snow White, the princess of an eastern european country.
This naive fiction enables Marzena Krzeminska to work humourously on the notions that obsess her: the role of beauty and of women, the cabaret as means of mixing forms and emotional intensities. Her voice-over links together, for the audience, the several danced numbers and acts as an interior monologue, a poetic reflection about her own world.
